Circuit Board Build
We offer a reliable PCB manufacturing service that is backed by various product and supplier approvals, including BS, UL, CECC. Our expertise allows us to produce a wide range of PCB types, including Flexrigid boards, Single Sided Conventional boards, Plated Through Hole (PTH) boards, and Multilayer boards. We can also customize the shapes, profiles, and finishes of the PCBs as needed.
Cables & Harnesses
Cables & Harnesses can be provided as a standalone service or as part of the product build, based on your specific requirements. We can customize the wiring configuration, sheathing, colour, material and connectors to meet your needs, including custom low-insertion force connectors, among others. Our quality testing is carried out to meet 14001 ISO standards.
We are experienced in all types of cable assemblies, including general, multicore, Automotive, Aerospace, and more. We can produce to documentation and have it ready to send to you for approval within a few days.

If you already have a product developed and are looking for someone to take it to through to volume production, we can provide the expertise you need. Programming & Testing
We can perform any test routines to specification and we can produce test/ performance logs per item at request. We are familiar with all types of in-circuit test and all programming. We can produce manufacturing programming and test jigs either as defined, supplied or requested. We can produce anything to documentation, we can also make test routines on the fly or design them to suit your requirements.
We are capable of performing most test routines to the given specifications. Upon request, we can produce test and performance logs for each item. Box Build
Our services include box build, radius profiling, service loops, banding, shrinking, crimping, and more. We can perform these services according to your specific requirements or we can assist in building to schematic using our skills and expertise in IPC and Aerospace manufacturing techniques.
